The staff were super friendly and professional, the hotel was mind-blowingly clean and comfortable, and the location was jaw-droppingly convenient. It's a great value for money!

The standard room was well-maintained and the bed was good. This location was great and fantastic, near to the metro station. Nice staff, couldn't ask for more.

Staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional. The room was clean and well-appointed. The internet connection was the fastest I have encountered. It was even faster than my high-speed at my home in Colorado Springs.
The water that came from the tap had a brownish hue...I would not recommend drinking it, but it was ok for bathing, etc. It was a function of Istanbul's infrastructure--not a reflection of the hotel itself.

The decoration at Dila Hotel was lovely, especially the cozy and elegant furnishings in the lobby area. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. Additionally, the accessibility features in the hotel, such as ramps and handrails, were very helpful and accommodating for someone of my age.
I would have appreciated the children working there to be more knowledgeable about local attractions and services that may be of interest to senior travelers. A little more assistance and guidance in exploring the area would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The staff were very freindly, and during our stay were very approachable with a good understanding of English. The breakfasts covered a range of 'European' and Turkish items. The free parking was definitely very useful during our stay. It it reasonably centrally located and was close to restaurants, shops and banks, while a 5 minute walk took you to the various ferry terminals for a short journey to the European side.
If you want a taxi if may be easier to walk to the very close taxi rank. There were only 2 small drawers.

I had always wanted to visit the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, so I chose Dila Hotel for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's features, especially the free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel's laundry and dry cleaning services were also a great convenience. What I liked the most was the restaurant's quality food, which truly lived up to the hotel's 4-star rating.
Window view not pleasant. Plumbing problems in bathroom.

The value for money at Dila Hotel was great, we got a lot for what we paid. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the metro and ferry station. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
Breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the daily menu.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The decoration was elegant and had a cozy feel, which made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lounge and rooftop bar, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist me with any inquiries or requests. The hotel's convenient location near public transportation made it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
The only area for improvement that I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to provide more electric sockets in the rooms. As a senior traveler, I often need to charge multiple devices such as my phone, tablet, and camera, and having multiple sockets would have been more convenient.

The hotel was reasonably priced for the location and amenities offered. The buffet breakfast provided a variety of options and the staff were accommodating when we requested an early breakfast. The hotel’s location was convenient as it was close to transportation links, including a bus station and ferry terminal. we appreciated the rooftop bar and the views it provided.
The room we stayed in could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom area.

Absolutely Nothing. This was the worst Hotel i have ever stayed in. The check in was terrible, the room was small hot dirty poorly looked after and offered an all round bad nights sleep. The hotel seemed as though it was built in 1985 but upon closer enquiry i was informed it was blt in 2002 - a quite stunning piece of architecture none the less.
